Noor Ophthalmology Complex commenced its activities in 1993 by establishing the first subspecialized eye clinic in Iran. The establishment of Noor Subspecialty Eye Hospital in 2007, as the second stage of this project, marked a significant milestone in providing patients with access to modern ophthalmic services.

Noor Alborz Subspecialty Eye Hospital and Noor Fardis and Noor Shahrerey Subspecialty Clinics are branches of the Noor Ophthalmology Complex located in Iran. Furthermore, the complex has expanded its presence internationally with the Iranian Subspecialty Eye Clinic in Muscat, the capital of Oman, and Noor Eye Clinic in Salalah, serving as overseas branches of Noor Ophthalmology Complex.
